All products can be returned except food items (e.g., snacks, custom edible gifts).

Returns are accepted within 10 days of purchase.

Items must be unused and free from visual defects.

The original receipt or tracking number of the order must be retained and presented during the return process. For small-value items, please contact us to discuss alternatives.

Customers bear the cost of return shipping for deliveries outside of Tbilisi. For returns within Tbilisi, shipping costs are covered by us.

Customers may choose between exchanging the product or receiving a refund. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
